I have always contacted either proofpoint or cloudmark and they'd
usually relay message. I did a similar thing this month, sent
abuse/phishing attack report via email, never heard back. Twitter seems
to get more attention sometimes.I haven't seen anything from the
infected computer since, knock on wood.

does take time for our specialists on the backend to review the emails,
if there is an appropriate reason for them to call, they will do so.
However, sometimes they get the issue resolved, and it is behind the
scenes. With our Customer Security assurance team, they are fantastic at
dealing one on one with individuals. This department is like the back
bone of Xfinity when it comes to Xfinity. If you have not heard from the
Customer security Assurance team, they should be reaching out to you
soon. However, by tomorrow, if there still is no return call, I would
