I got an email from a small receiver that they are blocking one of our /24s because of spam.  I looked up the email address they referenced and found the contact signed up on their website 2 years ago, has a 41% open rate, a 17% click rate and has made thousands of dollars in purchases and now they block the /24.
Any idea the thought process here?

Chris, sounds like you have clear consent and need to complain to the small receiver with the evidence.  There is no judge or jury that can help if they are an island of their own.  You could always try reaching out to an them especially by phone or LinkedIn too.  It shows you are real and not a spammer IMO.

Good luck.
