This is probably something that you wouldn't miss. Outlook.com and hotmail.com accounts (most likely created by bots)
are being used to spam massively for the last couple of days/weeks.

these are confirmed legitimate emails being affected by MS not have rdns on those servers, we will not whitelist, there are many Australian ISP/ASP's being affected, its been discussed over several days.
