I've gone through those settings multiple times. My father's e-mail stopped working Tuesday. Unable to add a new account in Outlook (Office 2019 and 2016) or Control Panel and can only login through webmail.
Not sure why you cannot respond to my post. It appears that MailOp does something to poster's addresses (but not yours). My organization uses Exchange online and breaks all sorts of things by adding safelinks.protection.outlook.com to all URLs. I was a postmaster years ago but was reassigned and since retired.
