This is pretty normal for a new IP sending mail to Yahoo domains. In my 
experience it takes a week or so for the soft bounces to go away when moving 
IPs. There are various Yahoo folks who may be able to help you. But you can 
also open a ticket on their postmaster site. (postmaster.yahoo.com 
<http://postmaster.yahoo.com/>)
