While I know a negative isn't extremely helpful, I like to think of my
logs as a fairly decent sample size so it's at least a data point. I can
find no instance of the string "ATTR3" in our logs for the last month.
However, I found this interesting as it seemed to come from a place of

Retries are not successful, happens only with one specific /24 subnet
and 0365 servers. Seems like a hard block, but never seen such an
error, also Microsoft team has not aware about it as well o_O
(at least my contacts).
