Just had a look into our logs, and yes, I'm seeing those too, looks like it
went away around 2021-12-01 17:03 UTC.
This was most certainly not a problem on your side but a technical problem with their server mx5.vodafonemail.de. Our
postfix always retried a little bit later and got another MX, so we didn't see any problem in the queue.
