While i understand, that one have to save own resources, and i do not complain
that limits
exists, i have a little note about it.

The limit of queries count/rate is strange. Many will consider these numbers as
enough
for small (e.g. personal) servers. But IMO queries count is not directly
related to email server
"size", as most of these queries will be done for incomming emails. And while
incomming
emails (connections) can be related to that "size" (more users = more incoming
mails), the
most important role of RBLs is to detect (share) bad actors, which are not
directly related
to size of target.

Recently i was under attack, more than 3 000 different IPs (per day in 48 hrs)
was trying to
deliver the same scam message to multiple existent & nonexistent mailboxes. As
i check
ZEN, DBL, ZRD & Abuse RBLs, it is more than one query to SH per connection.
Easy to reach
the limit and i cannot affect it... BTW the SH alone allow me easyto filter
more than 60 %
of them, many thanks.

And what will happen after limit was reached? I believe that anyone here know,
how useful
RBLs are and how many phishings/scams will be delivered, without it (them)...

AFAIK, the 10 000 queries/day is not more in SH rules, when i recently read it,
there was
something as "common usage of small system" (i do not remmember exact words).

regards

Slavko
