Same here. Lots of DNS errors for *.mail.protection.outlook.com ;
sometimes hosts do resolve, but most of the time I see FORMERR
(server doesn't support edns), SERVFAIL or connection timed out ...

Looks like this already started on Jul 03, but errors increased over time.
