Automated is not the way, and they're definitely a pain.
Besides that they are 'sending' to role accounts, spamtraps and what not more. We have had multiple incidents with them over the last few months. And they have been listed multiple times due to that.
We pointed out serious issues with their approach and they changed a little but not too much it seems ;)
