/Default/ DKIM configurations probably don't include the threading header(s) (References & In-Reply-To). But it's certainly possible that they are included.

That being said, I see that both References: and In-Reply-To: are included in the DKIM-Signature: of the message that I'm replying to.

I've re-wrapped it to make it easier to read.

Including the resent-* headers is interesting to me, seeing as how they aren't included in the message. I don't know if this was an intentional over-sign or over zealous configuration.
