I've got a Postfix server (it's a flurdy build) that hasn't had smtpd_recipient_restrictions set properly, hence the drops. I'm currently waiting to get my DQS key before making the config change.

(Ivar, if you're reading, this would be a great thing to put in the guide!)

They should not lead to false positives, because one should not treat the results Spamhaus returns in this case (127.255.255.254 or 127.255.255.255) as positives at all. Positive replies from Spamhaus (in case of IP address checks) are in range 127.0.0.0/24 ONLY, which is clearly explained here:
