For the record, Gmail also is at fault for this..
For the record, historically you never saw this much, only in cases of
really badly configured mail systems.. but we are seeing an increase,
but it is interesting that the increase is primarily found from
reviewing spam.
In Google's case, since it is all one system, it should KNOW that the
final destination has not been reached. (Eg, address is NOT on Gmail)
Now, this 'could' be a case where it 'thinks' it has reached the final
destination, but that destination is in fact a list or address that can
be expanded, eg 'send to [email protected]'..
But Gmail should also be able to detect if the address being sent will
be further parsed..
