Hello @Microsoft, every now and then I find messages with overlong (header) lines.
Most probably created by a client, which leaves a `X-Mailer: Microsoft Outlook
16.0`
in the header of the message.
If I check these overlong lines, I get the impression, that this client
*tries* to break the lines, but fails to take the length of the message
header name (here `References: `) into account. If I substract 12 from
the actual length of the complete line, I'm alway within the 1000
characters limit.
- Can someone confirm this behaviour?
- Is there any chance, that this will be fixed on the sender's side?
Best regards from Dresden/Germany
Viele Grüße aus Dresden
