If the listing is not causing you any problems, I’d suggest you ignore it. There are loads of RBLs operated on a hobbyist/grudge basis which have zero influence on deliverability.
If they are causing you problems and given that they have disabled reasonable means of contact, then perhaps reach out to the recipient organisation on a different channel to let them know that they have a rogue/abandoned RBL in their filter stack.
