The short answer is no. As I found with the failed Spamhaus whitelist, these sort of things are subject to adverse selection. The ones who would get a good reputation already have a good reputation, so the only ones you hear from are the lousy ones desperately saying "what do we have to do to get a good score?" "Accurately identify mail people want to receive?" "NO NOT THAT." Virus Bulletin does a periodic test of spam filters. In the most recent tests they tried Abusix and Spamhaus BLs along with regular filtering services. The two BLs did quite well. I don't see why you'd want to use any others for spam filtering.
