I do not represent anyone but myself. Hence I prefer not to give
out my name because then some people might think that I speak for
"someone".
It is fine for it not to be appropriate to associate your comments
with an organisation.
I don't really see why is is unreasonable for you to use your name in
a personal capacity. I would have hoped that anyone here who
associated that name with an organisation would have the wit /
education / experience / nous to know that if you aren't using an
organisation's name you are not speaking for them.
