Ok, my bad...
Missed the -crlf option because SMTP requires CRLF line endings.
STARTTLS works.
So actual conclusion: outlook.office365.com
SMTP: Plain SSL on Port 465 not accessible.
STARTLS on 587 (and 25) works!
IMAP: STARTLS advertised but BROKEN on port 143 since 2 days.
Plain SSL on Port 993 works!
