Hi,

We have a client that sends a lot of email to bigpond.com<http://bigpond.com/> 
domains.  Roughly between 15k and 30k a day.  I say a lot despite those numbers 
being fairly small, because no other client sends anywhere near this number on 
the platform to them.

The problem is they constantly get delivery problems as 
bigpond.com<http://bigpond.com/> are always deferring them for too many 
messages or too many sessions.

I tried tweaking all kinds of delivery for the domains, max connections, max 
per connection, max per minute etc.  The delivery seems to switch between two 
states, either 100 emails per hour, or roughly 2k per hour.  But I see this 
state changing all the time despite the customer consistently sending their 
15-30k volume.  And yes I do see times where the client only sends the lower 
15k a day getting the 100 per hour limits.  Its not simply they get 100 per 
hour limited when sending more email.

I tried contacting the postmaster@ and abuse@ but have not had a reply in over 
a month so not sure if I did something wrong or they aren't monitored.
