Hey all! I did a quick keyword search on the last year of archives and didn't see anything, so here goes...
Has anyone had any recent experiences getting Microsoft to enable AAAA records for domains hosted on Exchange Online? I had them do one domain in 2018 (which took 11 days to reach resolution); the request I'm waiting on today has been in play, with no movement, for just past two weeks -- the assigned support engineer has been waiting on a response from "the internal team." I kicked off the support request from https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/security/office-365-security/mail-flow-inbound-ipv6-support-about?view=o365-worldwide so I *think* I'm following the right process, maybe.
