Due to data privacy concerns and advice from Counsel, I am unable to share the specific organization that IDX (via iContact) will be sending these notices on behalf of in this forum. I'm hopeful the details I can share are enough for you to assist with any mitigation efforts possible for these required notices. >From Address: [email protected] >From Name: <REDACTED>: Notifications Subject: Incident Notice for <REDACTED> Rewards Members Dates: Starting Friday, October 6, 2023 Total Volume: 20 million Duration: 15 days Daily Volume: 1.5 million (excluding weekends) Sending IPs: 74.202.227.59 74.202.227.60 74.202.227.61 74.202.227.62 Return-Path Domain: mail.idx.support DKIM Domain: mail.idx.support Gmail & Yahoo recipients will have a second DKIM domain for FBLs: icontactmail10.com DMARC: mail.idx.support has a published p=reject record Sending will commence Friday, October 6, 2023 to an initial audience of around 1.5 million contacts with future messaging to be delivered each business day to around the same list size. We are anticipating the campaign to last around 15 days. These IPs and domains will not be used for any other sender during this time as well as no other content than these mandated notices. iContact has done our due diligence to remove/replace as many shared data points from these notices as possible. Our core sending is opt-in email marketing for SMBs and I would greatly appreciate any filtering you could do to prevent these notices from negatively impacting our other mail streams.
