You need to configure different retry times for local domains and then
set delay_warning_condition so that it doesn't send warning emails
unless the origin is local.

I know I could, but current default retry rule has served me so well for so many years that I don't add additional logic to deal with theoretical edge cases.

However, I am now considering retry rules speecifically for in1-smtp.messagingengine.com and in2-smtp.messagingengine.com, and also looking at what would be appropriate to as have hosts_max_try and hosts_max_try_hardlimit.
