Theoretically: probably yes. Practically: highly likely no. On a second and less sarcastic glance: Did the bounce still contain portions of the original delivery service phish? If so, then actually this might have triggered their processing it as Spam. Of course, bounce mails should not get this treatment, regardless their payload.
