Another contact request - anyone from Texas Department of Information Resrouces 
who could help?

We have a number of customers who work with various Texas governmental agencies 
(dps.texas.gov <http://dps.texas.gov/>, dshs.texas.gov 
<http://dshs.texas.gov/>, rrc.state.tx.us <http://rrc.state.tx.us/>, to name a 
few) but who are unable to receive email from various automated systems 
(regular email users seem to be fine). I suspect a firewall or other 
configuration issue, since we see no connection attempts on any of our servers.

I'm trying to find a good contact for email or network administration at Texas 
DIR who might be able to help us diagnose this issue.
