The  Microsoft  demicery team wrote me round about 36 hours before
now, that they mitigated the IP address and that it should work now.
It still does not work. I send all bounce emails to
[email protected] like it was written in the bounce mail. I filled
out the Formular for remove block, the support wrote me „there is no
block for this IP but every mail is still bouncing. I send them
screenshots of the error message and logfile messages. And they told
me they will ask the de-escalation team but I did not hear anything
since 24 hours and it still not works.

Any hints for me what I can do now? That’s very annoying to hear
there is no block and to receive with every send email a bounce where
is write “access denied. Blocked”.

Same situation here, Microsoft suddenly blocking our main server for all M365 domains with the same 5.7.511 error code. No indications on what could have possibly triggered the issue. All DMARC reports are clean, no marketing emails, no known hacked accounts, no clear suspects. The supposed promised Microsoft "mitigation" did not do anything.

The email scene is getting tricky with both Google and Microsoft acting as completely random black boxes.
