Good morning, We have a problem delivering e-mail to @charter.net customers. The error message we see in our logs is:
SMTP error from remote mail server after initial connection: 554 impin007.msg.chrl.nc.charter.net cmsmtp x.x.x. blocked. Please see https://www.spectrum.net/support/internet/understanding-email-error-codesfor more information. AUP#In-1020 I already tried contacting [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]> [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]> but no reaction so far. Does anybody know who to contact to resolve the delivery issue? Best regards, Walter
