Hello,

For a long time we have been struggling to sign up our IPs with Microsoft SNDS.

We are however unable to request access to a /22 IP range because PTR records
are pointing to the customer's domain, so each IP has its own individual domain
as PTR.
Because of this, when trying to sign up even 2 IPs in the same request, we get
the following error in the SNDS portal:

"Unable to identify any responsible addresses for that range. Please request a
different range, using the following specific reasons as guidance:
- xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx (xxxx.xxxx.de) isn't in consistent domain (xxxx-xxx.com)
- Sorry, whois.ripe.net will not let us do any more lookups today. Please come
back and try again tomorrow”

Microsoft support has been unable to help us in this matter, asking us to be
patient, as they are "working on it", but this has been going on for a very
long time.
We see more and more IPs getting throttled/blocked by Microsoft, as we cannot
process complaints from their users.

Changing PTRs to a single common domain (our own) is not necessarily an option,
as the IPs are in production.
Has anyone come across this situation and was able to bypass it?

Is there anyone from Microsoft who can assist with this situation?

The ESP I am representing is Klicktipp.com. We send roughly 8 million emails
per month to Microsoft addresses.

Regards,
Vitali Quiering
