Hi all,
A week ago woke up to a rude shock of Google blocking mails from my
domain lateral.tech, which I realized later was rightful.
Although the DMARC reports from Google have always had everything
passing with no failures and I *do not* use the domain or IP, for that
matter any domain or IP for bulk mailing.
Remembered verifying domain on Google Postmaster Tools, tried checking
and the Compliance Status and found SPF and DKIM authentication had a
status of Needs work.
SPF was setup right and was validated already, DKIM had issues and I
fixed it at once.
However, on the Google Postmaster Tools Dashboard, the Compliance Status
was last updated on 9th October 2024 and as far as I can see, there is
no way to request an appeal for a re-check.
It's been 4 days and the status remains the same - Wondering if anyone
else had/have such and issue and if there is a work around.
Appreciate any inputs.
