Does anyone know what's going on there? Are .gov domains off limits for abuse
handling? In Latin America it seems to be quite common that hacked government
e-mail accounts are used to spam, maybe Puerto Rico is targeted by the same
gangs who infiltrate the servers of the governments of Ecuador, Argentina,
Brazil, Mexico etc.
It often needs 1-2 weeks and > 10 reports for the same tenant to be closed ;‑)
