Is it possible for someone from Yahoo to contact me off list to check this out?

We as Spotler Group have multiple ESP products within the company.  We have a 
single Yahoo Sender Hub login that contains all our product domains in the FBL 
setup.  All of them bar one are working fine.  The one that is not stopped 
since around 21:47 on the 4th December.  We have had nothing since for that 
products DKIM domain.  All other FBLs are working fine within our account.  The 
status of the domain is ok too with all our product domains showing a green 
light and “Enrolled”.

We see other complaints coming in fine – from Validity for example that uses 
the same email address to send complaints to.  We have checked everything on 
our side we can and there doesn’t seem to be an issue that we can find.  Hence 
now reaching out.  We don’t want to miss complaint processing and that cause 
further issues!
