I think j...@office365.microsoft.com is an unattended mailbox for automatic learning. When I do my reports via spamcop.net for *.outbound.protection.outlook.com, reports are send to s...@senpluspluseop.onmicrosoft.com e.g. https://www.spamcop.net/sc?action=rcache;ip=2603:1096:4:68:0:0:0:20 But I never received an answer for any report and the offending tenant was not shut down within a reasonable time.
