May be it's not Microsoft's DNS resolver overload/timeout, but a
Microsoft's bug triggered by for example unusual or corner-case line length?

The signatures contain c=relaxed/simple
May be relaxed/relaxed would help to avoid triggering the Microsoft's bug?
