Marius,

the last time I had issues with Proofpoint and could not solve it via Mail, I contacted them via Twitter/X and got a response. Sadly the issue appeared again a week later but at least there was some kind of communication.

Hello everyone,

thanks for the replies so far. We have tried contacting proofpoint via web contact form, mail to delist-requ...@proofpoint.com and via phone on the number listed on the website for UK (Germany does not have a dedicated phone number apparently)

We heard of other users having similar issues reaching Proofpoint for delist requests,  and are grasping at straws to get this issue resolved as soon as possible.

Kind regards,
Marius

It appears that Scott Mutter via mailop <mailopl...@amssupport.info> said:
Maybe if blacklist operators responded intelligently and timely, this
mailop list wouldn't be so cluttered with requests to contact those
blacklist operators.
Maybe if the vast majority of requests they got weren't spammers trying
to lie their way out of being blocked, they'd have more luck recognizing
the trickle of real ones.

It is my impression that most of them do deal with legit requests, but of
course those don't get complained about here.

R's,
John
