The URL mentioned by the OP belongs to the Gmail image proxy service, which is
automatically enabled for rendering all images in the Gmail web client and apps.
On my side the URL is returning 404 on the first request and then 429. This
probably indicates some kind of issue reaching the origin (i.e. the URL of the
image as present in the raw message). I would double check that the images are
reachable.
