I didn't check this DNSSEC chain below at all - but there is at least
one issue that inhibits mail delivery way more directly: SMTP listening
appears to be down at 2.207.151.53 (aka. mx{1, 2, 3}.vodafonemail.de).
As following:
user@host1:~ $ telnet 2.207.151.53 25
Trying 2.207.151.53...
telnet: Unable to connect to remote host: Connection timed out
user@host1:~ $
user@host2:~ telnet 2.207.151.53 25

host1 and host2 are different boxes living in different ASes.
possible firewalled, or route problems with this, from my home ip it
times out
