Known issue, well-documented. Dupes are part of the game. right? Check
your smtp_timeouts|, |maybe?
Most folks do not waste energy fighting it, we just track by reporting
ID and move on. My perspective: worse things happen. Gmail can (and has)
delayed, or even stopped sending DMARC reports altogether.

Yeah, I know google SOMETIMES sends dupes… but now it looks like
something went out of hand on google. Are they testing something?
