With cellular networks, you usually get a different IP every time you
connect to the network, which means if you restart your modem/router you get
a different IP. If your modem is just an USB dongle plugged into your computer
(like one of my relatives has, she lives in a place where no wired
connections are available) and you turn on and off that computer several
times a day, your IP may change several times a day.
