I'm reaching out on behalf of GreenArrow Email

service and they are struggling with delivery at Proofpoint.  They are not
blocked but we are seeing deferrals and bounces across their dedicated IPs
including:

421 mx0a-001d2f01.pphosted.com closing connection
421 mx0a-002a2102.pphosted.com closing connection
550 5.7.0 Local Policy Violation
550 5.7.0 Message not accepted as it appears to be spam (IS)

I reached out to the postmaster address on Friday 11/14 from my work
address, [email protected] but have not received a response. I'm
hoping a member of the Proofpoint Team could connect with me so I can
provide additional information and assist this sender.
