Yes, though perhaps as a matter of house-keeping (again not required)
drop the extra blank line at the end.

    $ curl -sLo - https://mta-sts.charite.de/.well-known/mta-sts.txt | cat -etv
    version: STSv1^M$
    mode: enforce^M$
    mx: mail-cbf-ext.charite.de^M$
    mx: mail-cvk-ext.charite.de^M$
    max_age: 1209600^M$
    ^M$

Do you have any choice of issuer CAs? With a different ECC root CA you
might find a more broadly accepted root, in case that's the issue for
mimecast.
