I was irritated by the empty brackets and after a check of the log
files, I noticed it was only mails with a null sender "<>" being blocked.

IIRC in that case the HELO/EHLO hostname is used for the SPF check and
thanks to a fun DNS administrative user interface that was mangled as

"v=spf1" "a" "~all"

Changed it to the following and will have to wait for new log entries to
see if it fixed the issue.

"v=spf1 ip4:185.149.214.63 ~all"
