I’m hoping someone from the Microsoft consumer email service team can reach out 
to me off list.  We are having an issue where traffic from our mailing list 
service is being blocked, which has their users asking why we aren’t sending 
them mail.

I’ve reached out via the recommended support channel but not received a 
response from a human.
