I suppose, althoough it's been sending the same list mail for months. I tried https://olcsupport.office.com/ and it said Your IP(s) qualify for conditional mitigation. These IP(s) have been unblocked but may be subject to low daily email limits until they have established a good reputation. Ongoing complaints from users will result in removal of the mitigation. We'll see. It's been a couple of hours and no change. Any idea how long this is likely to take?
