Good question.. Be nice if someone made a list of companies that are
doing a good job, and not just the companies that are a problem.
When we talk about reputation, it's important not only to do 'poor'
reputation, but 'good' reputation as well, and NOT have it as a direct
marketing tool.
For us, we are probably prejudiced to hosting providers that are our
partners, we have move visibility into them (Shout out to HostDime), but
often it is local smaller hosting providers that care the most.
Search for local providers, research them, check their IP space and ASN
for listings on RBL's and give them your business.

Hello list, may I pick the accumulated wisdom and experience?
any useful traffic from these subnets:
18.32.0.0 - 18.255.255.255 Amazonaws.com
$ host mail.knight-networks.com
mail.knight-networks.com has address 18.217.5.117
mail.knight-networks.com has IPv6 address
2600:1f16:b15:6902:ad0e:540b:da86:d1eb
Perhaps many, but not all AWS users are spammers.
Honest question -- are there any hosting networks that do a particularly
great job at keeping spammers away? I'd be happy to move my server.
