Yes, at least the survey scripts will be inside the "contrib" directory for OpenDMARC: https://github.com/trusteddomainproject/OpenDMARC/tree/develop/contrib dmarc-psd-survey.pl and dmarc-pct-survey.pl (it's called pct-survey but it also does look at t= and psd=), the output is a tsv file with all results and the summary I posted previously. I point them at a local nameserver right after running rndc flush. There will at some point soon be a website where I have the history up and optionally all the historic .tsv values available for download (or at least the most recent one) with pretty deployment-over-time graphs.
