Hi John,
They said they've been trying to get help for 6 weeks and have 20+ emails back
and forth email MSFT with no resolution in sight. The issue began in April when
their website URL was inadvertently flagged as suspicious. Some of the symptoms
from that issue resolved a while back, but email is still being flagged as
spam. Support is going in a circle, asking for headers or messages IDs and
other information, which they have provided, but can't easily obtain those
details every time without constantly bothering customers affected by the
issue. Just wanted to see if someone could take a quick peek and see if there's
anything obvious that can easily be resolved.
Thanks.

Is the client an Outlook customer?  If so, what did MSFT do when they asked for
the
support they are paying for?

R's,
John
