Opened a case with Microsoft got the usual email from
[email protected] to which we have reply to to have
microsoft look at the issue.

Their newer emails say at the top:

This message was generated by an automated system and sent from an unmonitored mailbox. If the suggested resolution does not resolve the issue or if additional assistance is required, please reply to this email and include [email protected] in the “To” field without modifying the subject line, so your response can be reviewed by a live support team.

They changed to this new "system" at least 2 weeks ago.
