No, we do not advertise pipelining.. for most NTA's, (that is old school
back in the days of slow internet), since most modern MTA might attempt
to reject at any stage, to free up connections more quickly..
And yes, we still take responsibility for delivering, it just adds noise
in the logs unneccesarily, but you figure ESP's would be more
friendly in their behavior..
PS, on the subject of ESP's.. what is the deal with so many bad
certificates from ESP's..

It should not matter (since RFC 2920 says DATA can only appear as the
last command in a group) but are you advertising PIPELINING and are they
using it ?
