Seems that Fortinet noticiation systems attempt to use MAIL FROM in
their notification systems, which breaks SPF..
CONN: 208.91.114.151 -> 25 GeoIP = [CA] PTR = notification.fortinet.net
EHLO command received after STARTTLS, args: notification.fortinet.net
MAIL command received, args: From:<[email protected]> SIZE=76618
.. where domain is NOT a Fortinet domain, and if it has an SPF record in
place, email notifications will fail..
Given the importance of Fortinet notifications right now (hehehe) I am
sure they need to be delivered.
This will also be blocked by sender forgery and authentication
restrictions..
