Ever since Micheal Wise left, not sure how much this list is monitored
by MS folks..
However, one of the most notorious threat actors is now sending from
o365..
It would be really good if they actually started rejecting based on
attempts from networks on DROP lists from SpamHaus and SpamRats.. but..
Luckily filters are picking these guys up.. #JOHINDER rules.. but these
are the guys that use AI for email header and content, sending out fake
coupons.. eg AAA, Krogers, and others..

Such obvious spam of course should not be getting through.. but if there
is someone in a position to do something about it, we can share the IP
ranges being use to abuse 0365.
