Does anyone have experience with 178.211.155/24? It seems to be
being abused by a spammer who is forging sender addresses, which is
normally blocked by most systems due to a DMARC "reject" policy, but:

Microsoft is generating non-delivery reports for failed DMARC policy
lookups, and then filing them into peoples' spam folders, despite the
fact that DMARC policies are in place and properly published in DNS.

The entire netblock is already in four blacklists:

        Thanks.

P.S.: This is not a request for technical support -- I'm trying to
find out if there's something special about this netblock as part of
deciding whether to add it to my block-and-forget list, or to just
limit it temporarily.
